This policy serves to inform all customers of the returns and refunds applicable to any and all purchases made from RIMLI. By purchasing from RIMLI, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Return and Refund Policy

  1. No Cash Refunds: We do not provide cash refunds for any products sold under any circumstances.
  2. Order Cancellation: Once an order is confirmed, it is irrevocable and may not be cancelled or modified.
  3. Damaged Products: In the event a product is damaged during transit, it is the customer's responsibility to report the damage by submitting photographic evidence to support@rimli.inwithin twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. Failure to report within this time frame will forfeit any claims for return or replacement.
  4. Manufacturing Defects: Products with legitimate manufacturing defects may be eligible for return or replacement. Claims must be supported by photographic evidence and sent to support@rimli.in. Such claims will be assessed, and the decision to approve or deny the return or replacement will rest solely with RIMLI.
  5. Incorrect Shipments: If the customer receives an incorrect product, they are required to notify RIMLI at support@rimli.in within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the incorrect item. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.
  6. Credit Note: Where applicable, including but not limited to damaged products, manufacturing defects, or incorrect shipments, RIMLI will issue a credit note in lieu of a cash refund. This credit note will be provided as a coupon code, valid for future purchases on the RIMLI website, and subject to an expiration date. No other form of refund will be provided.
  7. Shipping Costs: RIMLI does not bear responsibility for two-way shipping costs. Customers are liable for the cost of returning any products to RIMLI. Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, RIMLI will process the applicable credit note, and a confirmation will be sent to the customer within two (2) working days.

 

Damaged Product Policy

  1. Reporting Damaged Items: In the case of damaged products, the customer is legally required to report the damage within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Photographic evidence must be provided to support@rimli.in. Failure to comply with this timeframe will result in forfeiture of any rights to return or replacement.
  2. Exchanges for Size: RIMLI does not permit exchanges based on sizing issues. The onus is on the customer to review the product dimensions prior to purchase. RIMLI will not entertain requests for size-based exchanges.
  3. General Dissatisfaction: Returns or exchanges based on dissatisfaction with the product's appearance or subjective preferences are not permitted. All sales are considered final unless the product is defective or damaged as stipulated herein.
  4. Discretion of RIMLI: All decisions regarding the return, replacement, or issuance of a credit note are subject to the sole discretion of RIMLI. RIMLI reserves the right to deny any claim that is deemed inconsistent with the terms and conditions stated.
  5. Unauthorized Shipments: Any product returned without prior authorization from RIMLI will not be accepted, nor will it be eligible for replacement, refund, or credit note. Unauthorised shipments may be returned to the customer at their expense.
