1. Understanding Handcrafted Uniqueness
Every piece at RIMLI Boutique is handmade with semi-precious stones. Slight variations or minor imperfections may occur—these are not flaws, but part of the jewellery’s natural charm and uniqueness.
2. Once Shipped, No Cancellations
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. This also applies to personalized or custom-made items.
3. How We Handle Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. Approved claims will be issued as store credit for future purchases.
4. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item arrives damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect
- You received an incorrect item
5. What To Do
Damaged / Defective Item:
Please contact us on the same day of delivery with clear photos and a short unboxing video at support@rimli.in
Wrong Item Received:
Inform us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
6. Return Shipping Responsibility
Shipping charges are covered only for delivery to you. If a return is approved:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Unauthorized returns may be rejected or sent back at the customer’s expense
7. Credit Note Policy
Approved claims will receive a credit note valid for 90 days:
- Non-transferable
- Redeemable only on www.rimli.in
8. No Returns for Fit or Aesthetic Preferences
Returns are not accepted based on size, style, color, or personal preference. We recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchase.
9. Why We May Decline a Return
If your request does not meet the above conditions, we may be unable to approve it. In such cases, we will clearly explain the reason and suggest the best possible alternative.
10. Product Tracking & Delivery Issues
Undelivered Orders:
If your order has not reached you, please inform us within 10 days from the dispatch date so we can assist you promptly. Claims beyond this timeframe cannot be accepted.
Missing Items:
For missing item claims, an unboxing video recorded on the day of delivery is mandatory to help us verify and resolve the issue quickly.

We understand jewellery is often purchased as a gift or based on personal taste. However, once delivered, items cannot be returned or refunded due to style, preference, or suitability concerns. We encourage customers to review product details thoroughly before placing an order.
