2. Return Eligibility
2.1: Can I return jewellery if it doesn’t suit me?
Unfortunately, no. Returns are only accepted for damage, defects, or incorrect items.

Wrong Item Received:
Inform us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Our team will be happy to guide you with product details, measurements, and styling suggestions so you can make the best choice.
2.3: Can I return jewellery if it was a gift and the recipient didn’t like it?
We understand jewellery is often purchased as a gift, but once delivered, items cannot be returned or refunded due to style, preference, or suitability concerns. We encourage customers to review product details thoroughly before placing an order.
2.4: Can I return jewellery if it doesn’t suit my aesthetic preference?
We do not accept returns based on size, style, colour, or personal preference. Each piece is carefully described with product details and photos, so we encourage you to review them thoroughly before purchase. 3. Why We May Decline a Return
If your request does not meet the above conditions, we may be unable to approve it. In such cases, we will clearly explain the reason and suggest the best possible alternative.
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
Shipping charges are covered only for delivery to you. If a return is approved:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Unauthorized returns may be rejected or sent back at the customer’s expense
5. Credit Note Policy
Approved claims will receive a credit note valid for 15 days:
- Non-transferable

6. Delivery Issues
6.1 What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t reached you, please inform us within 10 days from the order date, so that we can assist you promptly. Claims beyond this timeframe cannot be accepted.
6.2: What if an item is missing from my order?
For missing item claims, an unboxing video recorded on the day of delivery is mandatory.
7. Once Shipped, No Cancellations
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. This also applies to personalized or custom-made items.
8. How We Handle Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. Approved claims will be issued as store credit for future purchases.
