RETURN POLICY:
  • If your product arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Product exchanges based on length are not feasible. Refer to the product details for precise dimensions.
  • We do not offer exchanges for general dissatisfaction with the product.
  • All returns and replacements are subject to the discretion of Rimli.
  • Unauthorized product shipments will not be eligible for replacement.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, regardless of the circumstances.
