RETURN POLICY:
- If your product arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery.
- Product exchanges based on length are not feasible. Refer to the product details for precise dimensions.
- We do not offer exchanges for general dissatisfaction with the product.
- All returns and replacements are subject to the discretion of Rimli.
- Unauthorized product shipments will not be eligible for replacement.
