  • Order Timing:

    • Orders placed before 1 pm will be shipped on the same day.
    • Orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped on the next business day.
    • Same Day Delivery: We offer same-day local delivery within Chennai.

  • Shipping Cost: A shipping fee of Rs. 99 will be added at checkout.

  • Business Days Only: This service is available only on business days and for serviceable pin codes within Chennai.

Express Shipping – India

Rimli offers Express Shipping for select pin codes within India to ensure faster delivery of your orders.

  • Next Business Day Delivery: Orders placed with Express Shipping will be dispatched on the next business day, provided there are no delivery-note products included in the order.
  • Availability: This service is available only for specific pin codes.
  • Important Note: The delivery time applies only to orders without any items requiring special delivery notes or additional processing. If your order includes such items, the delivery may take longer as specified on our website.

International Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Partners: We ship globally via reputable international courier agencies to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

  • Shipping Charges: The shipping charge is based on the weight of the package and the destination address. You will be notified of the shipping cost at checkout, and the fee will be added to your total order amount.

  • Customs Duties & Taxes:

    • At the time of order creation, you are paying only for the freight charges.
    • Local customs duties and taxes (if any) in the country of import will be your responsibility upon receipt of the package. These charges will be collected by the courier or customs clearing agent at the time of delivery.
  • Returns & Refused Deliveries:

    • In the event of returns due to exchange requests, customer issues, or if the recipient refuses delivery because of high duty charges, the customer will be responsible for both to-and-fro shipping fees as well as any local duties. Rimli may incur when the package is shipped back to us.
    • Refunds or Store Credit: If applicable, refunds or store credit will be processed once the package is returned to us in undamaged condition. The refund will also take into account any charges incurred by Rimli in such cases.

Shipping Disclaimer

As the orders received have significant value, we kindly request our clients to ensure that there is a designated individual available to receive the package at the delivery address.

  • Rimli cannot assume responsibility for packages that are left unattended at doorsteps or outside the delivery address if a trusted person is not available to receive the parcels.
