At RIMLI, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted jewellery safely and promptly. Please read the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

Domestic Shipping (India)

1. Free Standard Shipping is available on all domestic orders.

2. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

3. Estimated delivery is 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery address and product availability.

4. We offer same-day delivery for serviceable pin codes within Chennai, available only on business days.

5. RIMLI also offers Express Shipping for selected Indian pin codes, with dispatch on the next business day, subject to product availability and processing time.

6. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or redirected.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

1. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. RIMLI is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

2. Please review your order details carefully before confirming. If you need to correct an address, contact us at support@rimli.in immediately.

3. A trusted recipient must be available at the delivery location to accept the parcel. RIMLI is not responsible for packages left unattended or marked as delivered by the courier.

4. If a package is returned due to recipient unavailability, return shipping charges and any additional delivery costs will be borne by the customer.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide using trusted international courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

1. Standard International Shipping charges may be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

2. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

3. Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier or customs authority at the time of delivery.

4. International orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once confirmed.

5. All international shipments are subject to customs inspections in India, including X-ray scanning and clearance by customs officials prior to export.

6 .In accordance with U.S. customs regulations, orders shipped to the United States may be subject to new import tax. These charges are determined solely by U.S. customs and are responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Delays & Liability

RIMLI is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: courier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or unforeseen events.

We do not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. If such issues occur, we advise customers to contact the shipping provider directly.

In case of damaged shipments, please retain the original packaging and contact us at support@rimli.in within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, along with clear photographs and an unboxing video for verification.

Returns & Refused Deliveries (International)

If a package is returned due to customer refusal, non-payment of duties, or exchange requests, the customer is responsible for both forward and return shipping costs as well as any import/export charges incurred by RIMLI.

Refunds or store credit (if applicable) will be processed only after the undamaged item is received by us, and any costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

Third-Party Couriers

RIMLI works with trusted third-party logistics providers such as DTDC, Bluedart, FedEx, Aramex, DHL, and UPS. However, RIMLI is not responsible for delays, service failures, or disputes arising due to third-party courier services.
